In-Home Assessment & Behaviour Consultation
Working directly with Parents, Caregivers and other Professionals the Behaviour Consultant uses a variety of assessment tools to assess, collaborate and develop a person-centered support plan to address the unique challenges of living with ASD and other related disorders.
Areas of support include and are not limited to: Behaviour, Communication, Sensory Integration, Functional Daily Living Skills, Social Development, Recreation & Leisure, and Adult Transition Phase.
School Collaboration & Liasion
As an intricate member of your child's support team, the Behaviour Consultant works intimately with school based teams and district supports to ensure consistency & continuity across all domains.
We can bridge the gap between home - school settings as well as facilitate a positive working relationship between parents and school based teams.
Social Thinking Groups & Camps
Social Thinking is a critical aspect of developing social skills that support individuals with ASD who's academic range is within the normal range and have social learning disabilities.
Social Thinking Groups and Camps are based on the fundamental aspects & methodology using the Social Thinking Curriculum developed by Michelle Garcia-Winner.
